Lunarium – Portraits in Blue

2011  |  HD Digital  |  21min  |  Documentary

Synopsis

The short follows the creative processes of the poet Henriqueta Lisboa—highlighting her correspondence with Mário de Andrade—and the Belgian-born sculptor Jeanne Milde. Two artists who left a singular mark on the history of Belo Horizonte. The name Lunarium evokes the moon and time measured through its phases. Inspired by it, the film seeks to reclaim women’s memory through two sensitive and talented figures.
